Leicester City Under-18s pairing Ben Chilwell and Layton Ndukwu have both been called up to the England youth set-up for their upcoming European Championship qualifiers.

Chilwell, who has already featured for England Under-19s this season, has been selected in Sean O’Driscoll’s 18-man squad for the European Under-19 Championship Elite Round qualifiers.
Chilwell could be involved for the young Lions when they travel to France to take on Denmark on Thursday 26 March before a clash with Azerbaijan on Saturday 28 March.
England Under-19s then face hosts France on Tuesday 31 March in the hope of securing a spot at the showpiece tournament which is being held in Greece in July.
Meanwhile, Ndukwu, England Under-17s’ top-scorer in the First Round Qualifiers, has been selected in John Peacock’s side to help England Under-17s qualify for this summer’s UEFA European Under-17 Championship in Bulgaria.
The young forward scored a hat-trick for England Under-17s back in October and will hope to continue his fine international form when his nation face a string of tough Elite Round qualifying fixtures.
England Under-17s first host Norway on Saturday 21 March and Romania on Thursday 26 March at Burton Albion’s Pirelli Stadium either side of a clash with Slovenia on Monday 23 March at Chesterfield’s Proact Stadium.
