Nigel Pearson says the latest international break will provide a number of players with a suitable rest as they head into the final nine games of the Barclays Premier League season.

The Foxes have a number of first-teamers out on duty for their nations across several continents, giving those not away with their countries time to prepare for the crucial league clash with West Ham United at King Power Stadium on Saturday 4 April.
Goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel, defender Wes Morgan, wingers Riyad Mahrez, Jeff Schlupp and Tom Lawrence and forward Andrej Kramarić are all set for international action in the coming days.
Pearson told Foxes Player: “There haven’t been many international breaks so it’s probably okay that some of the ones that have played a lot of football get a rest.
“We’ve got a few away on international duty as well, so hopefully they’ll come back fit, well and hopefully with the drive, determination and commitment to play well for us.”
