Young footballers in Leicester are being invited to put their football skills to the test at an LCFC Community Trust Satellite Centre, with the opportunity to progress through the LCFC Player Pathway.
- Satellite Centres are open to young footballers, aged 7-11 years old 

- Courses held at various locations including Birstall, Hinckley and Winston 

- Opportunity for promising players to progress through the LCFC Player Pathway 

Promising young footballers in Leicester are being invited to put their football skills to the test at an LCFC Community Trust Satellite Centre, with the opportunity to progress through the LCFC Player Pathway. 

Run by experienced coaches, our Satellite Centres are designed to help promising young footballers develop their skills including heading, shooting, passing, dribbling and turning. 

Young players will also learn about the technical and tactical aspects of the game, helping them improve as a footballer. 

Held throughout term-time during weekday evenings, our Satellite Centres take place at a number of locations throughout Leicester, including Birstall, Wigston, Hinckley and Coalville. 

Our Satellite Centres act as the perfect stepping stone between grassroots football and academy football. Attended by Academy scouts, promising young players have the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of current first team players, Andy King and Jeffrey Schlupp who have progressed through the LCFC Academy and into the first team.
