The money comes from matchday income at the 2015 Community Shield and goes towards helping community initiatives up and down the country.
Each Club receives an equal share, with Leicester City’s going towards helping the LCFC Foxes Foundation and it’s chosen partner charities for the current season.
The fund accounts for 40 per cent of matchday income from the Community Shield fixture, with the remainder donated to the Football Association’s partner charities.
