Leicester City’s Demarai Gray and Ben Chilwell have been named in the 22-man England Under-21s squad for their upcoming UEFA Euro U21 Championship qualifiers.

Leicester City’s Demarai Gray and Ben Chilwell have been named in the 22-man England Under-21s squad for their upcoming UEFA Euro U21 Championship qualifiers. 

Gray has featured six times in all competitions for the Foxes this term, netting his first goal with a stunning strike for the Club at Old Trafford earlier this month, while Chilwell played 120 minutes in the EFL Cup against Chelsea. 

Now, Gray and Chilwell will hope to impress for the young Lions in their final two Euro U21 qualifiers against Kazakhstan in Aktobe on Thursday 6 October (4pm kick-off BST) and Bosnia and Herzegovina at Walsall’s Banks’s Stadium on Tuesday 11 October (3pm kick-off). 

England Under-21s currently sit top of qualifying Group 9, two points ahead of second-placed Switzerland. 

The full England Under-21s squad to face Kazakhstan and Bosnia and Herzegovina is as follows:
