Find out how we’re keeping you and our colleagues safe in our hospitality lounges during the 2021/22 season.

Finding a way to safely welcome fans back to King Power Stadium has been a primary focus since the very start of the pandemic, with the time spent during supporters’ absence dedicated to implementing stringent measures designed to protect the health and wellbeing of all match attendees.

The hospitality team have left no stone unturned in their mission to prepare a safe and welcoming environment to greet guests on their return to King Power Stadium.

All areas of the stadium now benefit from increased cleaning and are guarded under robust sanitisation measures – this includes regular disinfection of touchpoints and circulation areas in and around the bowl for the purposes of hygiene, and to reduce risk of transmission.

Agile processes have been introduced so that our team can react effectively to any changes in protocol, while always keeping safety on the agenda’s forefront.

Sanitisation stations for guests will be available in all areas of the stadium – while personal protective equipment will be supplied for all staff, in line with Government guidelines.

Meanwhile, to reduce risk while maintaining the unique hospitality experience, reduced, socially distanced capacities will operate in lounges that retain the character and charm that our guests have come to expect. To further enhance supporter safety, on the other hand, additional entrances have been made available for clients, ensuring uncrowded access.

Finally, all our menus will retain the same quality ingredients, while operating under rigorous COVID-safe measures, from kitchen to table.
