The Foxes boss, addressing the media on Thursday, provided an update on Maddison’s fitness after being substituted against Lille in City’s final pre-season friendly of the summer last weekend.

However, Puel says Jonny Evans, another summer signing, will be determined by the Club’s medical team before it is decided whether the Northern Ireland international will face his former club at Old Trafford.
