- Leicester City's Under-18s seal a 1-1 draw with champions Chelsea
- Faustino Anjorin opened the scoring for the London outfit in the 86th minute
- But Sidnei Tavares levelled for the young Foxes just two minutes later with a penalty
- City's youngsters next take on Arsenal at their Coleny training ground on Saturday
Following the opening day 2-1 defeat by Reading, the Club's Under-18s side travelled to Cobham to face the 2017 U18 Premier League champions.
Despite their hosts' fearsome record at U18 level, the young City outfit held their own and were unfortunate to go behind in the 86th minute to a Faustino Anjorin strike.
However, they battled for a result and when the opportunity to level the scores from the penalty spot fell to Tavares, the young central midfielder made no mistake.
Next up, the young Foxes head to Colney to tackle Arsenal on Saturday (11:30am BST kick-off) before hosting Swansea City at Belvoir Drive on Saturday 1 September (12pm BST kick-off).
