About The Company

Following a period of growth, Leicester City Football Club is recruiting an experienced CRM Marketing Executive to provide support to the Marketing Manager and Head of Brand Marketing and Digital Business by ensuring the Club’s data warehouse, systems and data flows are maintained to a high standard.

About The Role

Based at King Power Stadium, the key duties of this role include assisting in developing the Club’s customer acquisition and retention strategies, supporting the Marketing Manager with identifying and developing new opportunities to help achieve the Marketing department and Commercial departments KPIs. Supporting the development and delivery of targeted acquisition campaigns across a verity of channels including but not limited to Email, PPC, Affiliates, Mobile, Direct Mail and Video.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar a CRM Marketing role and will be able to demonstrate that they have experience of using CRM and ESP systems. They will have a proactive approach to work and will be able to work flexibly at times to meet the needs of the Marketing department and the wider Club. They will be able to work autonomously however will be able to work as part of a team to achieve department objectives. They will possess excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and it would be desirable but not essential for the candidate to have previous experience in using Microsoft Dynamics and Communicator.
