The Premier League International Cup group stage clash, City's second of the 2018/19 season, is a chance for the Club's Under-23s to climb the Group B standings following a previous defeat by Reading.

Tee, who impressed from the bench in last Friday's Premier League 2 Division 1 stalemate with Manchester City, has spoken about his own progress during a breakthrough season at Under-23s level.

"It’s been difficult sometimes because of the quality of players we have," said the 18-year-old, who won last year's Academy Player of the Season prize in May.

"I’ve had to be patient with getting my opportunity, but that’s football. I got my opportunity on Friday and I feel like I’ve done myself justice."

On the test Sparta are likely to pose, Tee says the Foxes will benefit from playing against a side they are unfamiliar with.

"We imagine it’ll be something different for us," he continued. "They might play a different playing style than what we usually play against because it’s kind of the same week-in, week-out.

"Teams want to play out and build up through the thirds so we might find it a different challenge.

"There’s more opportunities to come and it’ll be difficult for all the players to keep playing every minute so that’ll be an opportunity for me to hopefully get on the pitch again."
