Four of Leicester City's loan stars appeared for their adopted clubs over the weekend.

- Daniel Iversen sealed a clean sheet in Oldham Athletic's 0-0 draw with Forest Green on Saturday
- In Belgium on Sunday, Bartosz Kapustka started as Oud-Heverlee Leuven lost 2-0 to Tubize
- Callum Elder helped Ipswich to a 1-0 success over Rotherham United in the Sky Bet Championship
- Midfielder George Thomas starred as Scunthorpe United overcame Walsall on Saturday

Goalkeeper Daniel Iversen, whose penalty save helped Oldham Athletic to a 2-1 win at Fulham in the Emirates FA Cup last weekend, featured again for the Latics on Saturday.

The Sky Bet League 2 side were held to a 0-0 draw by Forest Green at Boundary Park, leaving Pete Wild's men in 11th place in the fourth tier.

Bartosz Kapustka, meanwhile, started for Oud-Heverlee Leuven on Sunday as the Belgian Proximus League outfit were defeated 2-0 by Tubize at King Power at Den Dreef Stadium.

Lemouya Goudiaby opened the scoring for the visitors in the 11th minute before Thomas Henry doubled their lead before half-time.

Academy graduate Elliott Moore, on the other hand, was an unused substitute for the hosts.

Thomas has made 25 League 1 appearances for Scunthorpe this season.

The result leaves the Whites in eighth-position in second phase of the Belgian second tier. OHL finished the first phase in sixth place, leaving them seventh in the overall aggregate standings.

Back in England, left-back Callum Elder made his second appearance for Sky Bet Championship side Ipswich Town, with Paul Lambert's men overcoming Rotherham United 1-0 at Portman Road.

That success on Saturday came courtesy of Will Keane's first half goal, but the Tractor Boys sit seven points adrift of safety in the Championship standings.

Elsewhere, Wales international midfielder George Thomas was named in Scunthorpe United's starting XI for their 2-1 away win at Walsall in Sky Bet League 1 on Saturday afternoon.

In a fixture which pitted Thomas against former Development Squad team-mate Josh Gordon, Funso Ojo and Lee Novak struck for the Irons, who sit 15th, at Bescot Stadium.

Filip Benković (Celtic), Islam Slimani (Fenerbahçe) and Fousseni Diabaté (Sivasspor) did not feature over the weekend due to their loan clubs being free of competitive action.
