2022 saw the city of Leicester given the joint title of the first ‘Super diverse’ city in the UK.
As the city’s Football Club, our actions, underpinned by our values, demonstrate our unwavering commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
Our mission for DEI is to ensure we value the individual, representing the communities within Leicester to a global audience and showcase football as a force in the DEI space.
In partnership with our staff, supporters, community and stakeholders, we are working towards a day where the need to promote and provoke diversity awareness will not be needed.
Until then, LCFC will continue its work to ensure representation matters in our field and how the Club can pay its part in building a culture that embraces everyone, regardless of their background.
