City's Under-18s Draw With Crystal Palace

A late goal from Toby Ononaye saw Leicester City's Under-18s draw 1-1 with Crystal Palace on Saturday morning.

Leicester collected their second point since the New Year with a draw last weekend, after sharing the spoils with Chelsea earlier on this month - Jake Evans and Josh King finding the Blues' net in Seagrave.

Both players started against Palace, but it took until the 74th minute for the deadlock to be broken when Zach Marsh found the net to give the sixth-placed team the lead at Crystal Palace Training Ground, scoring their sixth consecutive goal without conceding after beating Hull City 5-0 in the FA Youth Cup in early January.

But that record wouldn't last long as the young Foxes found a way through in the 82nd minute when Kaleb Dyke supplied Ononaye to level things back up and settle the scoreline in Kent to keep Leicester unbeaten since the turn of the year.

Leicester head back home this coming Saturday when they welcome Arsenal to Seagrave for an 11:30am GMT kick-off in the league where a win against the fourth-placed side could see them climb to seventh in the standings.
