Leicester City Under-18s suffered a dramatic 2-1 defeat to Swansea City at Fairwood on Saturday afternoon which puts them bottom of the Premier League U18 table.Trevor Peake’s men took the lead on the hour-mark when Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, one of City's strongest performers, beat host goalkeeper Alex Lang with a brilliant free-kick from 25-yards.
But the Swans assumed control in the latter stages with Kieran Evans levelling the scores 15 minutes from time before defender Matt Blank grabbed a late winner in the 86th minute.
Fresh off the back of the at King Power Stadium on Wednesday night, the young Foxes were in a buoyant mood ahead of the trip to South Wales.
However, this latest setback means City replace Swansea at the foot of the Premier League U18s table with nine points from 17 matches so far.
Next up for Peake's men is a trip to the capital to face fifth-placed Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday 4 February, 2017 (11.30am kick-off).
