Leicester City in the Community is an independent charity, governed by a board of trustees.
Our services and activities support our most in-need residents across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, which we deliver through four themes of work – education, community engagement, football development and health & wellbeing.
Our communities are large and varied – challenges most pertinent to inner-city Leicester may not be the same as those in rural Leicestershire. Our approach is to respond to all communities' needs on a local level.
To help positively engage our diverse communities, we continue to grow our staff team through six core values. We engage, inspire and empower through togetherness, respect and pride.
