One of Leicester City in the Community’s lesser known projects, the HMP Fosse Way - Serco programme is designed to use the power of football to help participants in the facility develop key leadership skills that will help them upon their release.
Participants are run through a sport leadership programme that gains them confidence and qualifications to use during their life after prison.
