Football Camps

Leicester City in the Community’s popular Football Camps take place at grassroots football clubs around Leicestershire over school holidays.

Football Camps

Camps are suitable for boys and girls, of all abilities, from 7 to 14 years and will consist of both mixed and girl-only sessions.

Each of our camps during October half term will run from 9am-3pm (GMT) and will cost £15 for the day.

The only feedback we have is good. Maxwell absolutely loved it and is looking forward to his next camp in Sileby. He attends a lot of clubs (he’s sport crazy) and yours is definitely his favourite!

You must bring appropriate clothing and footwear, shin pads, water and a packed lunch onto any of our camps.

FA-licensed LCitC coaches (with a DBS) will deliver fun and productive sessions helping youngsters to improve their ability throughout each camp.

Participants can expect a day consisting of skills development sessions, engaging challenges, and small-sided tournaments.

At the end of every camp, participants will receive Leicester City merchandise for taking part.

We were absolutely delighted to have hosted our football camps in support of the local community. We had quality coaching sessions and we know that all the players enjoyed being coached throughout. We look forward to teaming up once again in 2019.

Skills Centres

Throughout the school term, our Skills Centres provide an opportunity for children in Leicestershire to play football in a fun and friendly environment under the guidance of experienced Leicester City in the Community coaches.

The Skills Centres are suitable for children of all abilities (aged 5 to 11), and give youngsters the chance to develop their football skills under the guidance of UEFA B Licensed and FA Level Two Qualified Coaches.

Summer Camps

Children will have the chance to learn technical skills, develop their decision-making within the game and improve their social skills in a fun and relaxed environment.

There are also opportunities to progress within the Talent ID pathway for players demonstrating the required ability and selected children may be invited to trial days at the end of each block.

We currently run sessions at the following venues:

- Judgemeadow Community College
- Beaumont Leys High School
- Charnwood College
