If you have any feedback, a complaint or a question/query, or you wish to report any abuse, harassment or discrimination, please get in touch with Leicester City in one of the ways listed below.

How to contact us:

- Telephone LCFC Help on 0344 815 5000 (Option 4).
- On a matchday, the reporting process for supporters is by text message to 60066. Start your message with the word 'FOXES'.

The LCFC Help team are available to assist with supporter enquiries, Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm, and will endeavour to respond to all correspondence within eight hours of receipt and no longer than one working day, with a full resolution whenever possible made within a full working week of the 72-hour initial communication.

If you are not happy with your response, please email the Club’s Head of Board Office via boardoffice@lcfc.co.uk.

Should you be dissatisfied with the response from the Club, you may contact the Independent Football Ombudsman at Suite 49, 57 George Street, Leeds, LS1 3AJ. Alternatively, email contact@theifo.co.uk or telephone 0800 588 4066

On matchdays, Here to Help staff, easily identified by their pink uniforms, are on hand to assist you. They can direct you to various areas of King Power Stadium, as well as provide external directions, including Leicester train & bus stations. 

On a matchday, LCFC Help is also operational through a dedicated text short code service, which can be used to alert our stewards to any situations occurring within King Power Stadium. 

To use the service, simply text 60066, starting the message with the word ‘FOXES’. The Club’s supporter service staff will then monitor the situation.
