The final Group B fixture was initially scheduled to take place at the Eppleton Colliery Welfare Ground in Hetton-le-Hole but heavy snowfall has led to an enforced change of venue.

Tickets for the match are priced at £3 for Adults and £1 for Over-65s and Under-16s.
