The complex, lined by towering oak trees, will be a base for the Foxes over the coming days, while they will contest two nearby friendlies on Wednesday and Saturday.
First, City take on Wycombe Wanderers at Adams Park (7:30pm kick-off), before heading to Queens Park Rangers’ Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium (3pm kick-off) on Saturday.
The party’s first session of the day, starting mid-morning, unfolded under cool temperatures, a blanket of deep grey clouds and light showers before the sun crept through towards its conclusion.
The aim was to develop the players’ base fitness and feel for the ball, as well as preparing for their second match of pre-season following Saturday's clash with Burton Albion
Lunch swiftly followed the session, and then a cushion of rest time followed, as well as preparing for their second match of pre-season.
Speaking to LCFC TV, midfielder James Maddison said: “I'm feeling really good. Pre-season is always a tough period in terms of physically, but it's good. We had quite a big break from the last game of the season and the first day back, but you need that break. You get that hunger back."
Working on building a sequence of passes, the drills allowed for a high tempo and included short bursts of sprints while City’s stars showcased their ability to keep the ball while under pressure.
The Blue Army can watch the Foxes in action for free on Wednesday, with live coverage from Adams Park starting at 7pm on LCFC TV.
