About The Role
The Creative Planning Executive will assist the Content & Creative Department in achieving its goals and objectives, by taking the lead responsibility on planning, scheduling and organising of all creative production, in addition to budgetary management and general departmental account management across the business.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience of working in a professional creative environment. To work with the Creative Executives to plan, execute and deliver projects in line with approved budgets.- Ability to take the lead in creating itineraries and general logistics planning for photoshoots and filming days.- Ability to account manage all projects between the Creative team and departments across the Club.- Ability to take a holistic approach to the creative process, to help develop and expand ideas, which can be applied practically during the production process.- Ability to assist the Creative Manager and Senior Creative Executive in keeping the Job Log updated and assist in workflow management/issues as and when required.- Ability to fulfil general reporting on industry best practice, emerging technologies and industry trends.- Ability to work with the Creative Executives to effectively analyse creative asset performance, in addition to collaborations with other departments.- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, reliability and the ability to ensure confidentiality at all time.- Friendly, well organised with the ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.- Possess strong time management skills and have a flexible approach to work.- Able to communicate to the highest level, listens, interprets and conveys information in a clear and accurate manner, provides timely delivery of information and selects the most appropriate method of communication.- Works within a team environment, co-operates with others, considers the needs of others and helps others to achieve objectives.- Ability to work autonomously on own initiative, pro-active in managing one’s own time, building an understanding of the internal and external environment in order to deliver work in a highly effective and professional manner.- Resilience and the ability to maintain professionalism and a calm demeanour at all times.- Excellent IT skills (including excellent MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Able to work to tight deadlines.- To adhere and communicate the Club’s brand values to stakeholders whenever the opportunity arises.- A commitment to continuing professional development.- Ability to travel to different sites.- Flexibility approach to long distance work based travel.- Experience in using Adobe Photoshop would be advantageous.
Key Duties
- Book models and other external talent for photo and video shoots.- Sourcing and purchasing of props and other material for photo/filming days.- Booking and account management of external creative agencies.- Booking and account management of club photography services.- Collation and distribution of project progress reports with individual departments.- Organise weekly meetings with key departments, which ultimately assist in open and regular communication, in addition to advance planning and scheduling.- To report once a month on industry trends/ideas generation and other key issues relating the development/enhancement of creative output.
