About The Role

The role will require the successful candidate to administer, maintain, develop and take a creative approach to the Club’s digital and social media platforms, working with staff across the Football Club/Partners to deliver and assist with the development of the Club’s long-term digital strategy.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working in a professional digital environment, either at a football club, sports or news organisation.

You will be an expert in creating engaging content across a range of social media platforms and be able to design graphics, gifs and animated graphics to be used on social media platforms and LCFC.com.

Working with the wider content team, you will manage the scheduling and delivery of media across social network channels.

Key Duties

To administer and maintain the Club's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok pages.
Work with the Creative Department and Senior Digital Executive to take an active role in graphic content creation, to be used across the Club's digital platforms.
To take the lead on organising and creating content for the in-stadia Matchday Entertainment programme, which include output on in-stadia screens.
On home matchdays, fulfil the role of show director of the Matchday Entertainment programme.
To assist the Senior Digital Executive in maintaining the Club's website, LCFC.com alongside the Club’s International Social Media Accounts.
Assist in the coverage of U23s games and live shows on social media in a studio-based role.

Essential Requirements

Significant experience of using Social Networking on behalf of a business/club, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube and TikTok.
Possess strong time management skills and have a flexible approach to work.
Excellent IT skills (including excellent MS Office – word, excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work to tight deadlines.
Flexible approach to long distance work-based travel and ability to work evenings and weekends.
Experience in using Adobe Photoshop is desirable.

Salary – dependent upon experience.

Contract Type – Permanent

Hours Per Week – 37.5, including weekends and evenings.
