- Janice Cayman nominated for WSL January Player of the Month award- Her strike vs. Everton shortlisted for Goal of the Month honours- Voting to close on Monday 5 February (10am)

Cayman receives January Goal of the Month award nomination for her spectacular goal against Everton at Walton Hall Park last month. The left-footed effort from outside of the box ultimately proved the difference between the two sides as Cayman's team registered a 1-0 win on the road.

The 35-year-old's commanding performances for the Foxes have also been recognised league-wide with Cayman being shortlisted for January’s Player of the Month award.

She faces competition from Manchester City duo Laia Aleixandri and Khadija Shaw, West Ham United forward Vivianne Asseyi, Arsenal defender Emily Fox and Lauren James of Chelsea. Voting is now open and will close at 10am Monday 5 February.
