- Brendan Rodgers provides an update on the fitness of Jonny Evans and Marc Albrighton- Leicester City travel to Molineux to tackle Wolves in the Premier League on Sunday (2pm BST kick-off)- Evans (calf) will be assessed while Marc Albrighton (illness) could be back in contention
Club captain Evans has missed a home double header for the Foxes, which started with a 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace on Saturday, before Thursday's 2-0 success over Leeds United. Wolves are up next, at Molineux, for City, who are currently 19th in the Premier League table.
"We’ll see," manager Brendan Rodgers said, providing an update on Evans' condition. "I think he’ll be out on the [training] pitch, but it might be too soon for him at the weekend, we’ll see."
Marc Albrighton, on the other hand, was not involved for Leicester against Leeds and Rodgers confirmed it was due to mild illness. The Premier League and FA Cup winner could make a recovery in time for Sunday's trip to the West Midlands.
"He was off ill," the Foxes manager confirmed. "He’s been ill for a few days. I saw him [on Thursday] morning and he was feeling much better so hopefully he’ll be back in [on Friday] and available for the weekend."
