The former Manchester City forward, who joined the Club from Blackburn Rovers in the summer, has been in meritorious form for the Foxes, netting in all three league outings last month.
An impressive month began with a fearsome drive to open the scoring in a 3-0 victory over London Bees at Farley Way Stadium on 6 December, sending City to the league's summit for the first time.
Days after helping her side reach the knockout stages of the Continental Tyres League Cup, another landmark first, Flint's first-half rocket at Charlton Athletic came in a 2-0 victory at The Oakwood.
That success, on 13 December, was followed by an outstanding performance at former club Blackburn, with Flint once again netting twice in a 3-2 triumph to keep City top of the table at Christmas.
The in-form Foxes striker, who now has 12 goals to her name in all competitions, is nominated alongside Emily Roberts (Durham), Meikayla Moore (Liverpool) and Bianca Baptiste (Crystal Palace).
