Set against the backdrop of breath-taking views of Thailand’s gigantic capital, the Foxes Journey space – curated by Club Historian John Hutchinson – tells the story of a club emerging from humble beginnings to being crowed English champions.
Including artefacts spanning from across Leicester City’s entire history, visitors were able to stroll through the free event space at their leisure. Mementoes included League Cup winners’ medals, souvenir programmes, signed shirts, old rattles – and trophies including the Premier League, FA Cup and FA Community Shield.
Digital screens, meanwhile, offered an immersive experience for guests to savour, bringing to life some of the most magical moments of the Leicester City story. Greenscreen pods allowed fans the chance to edit themselves onto some of the Club’s greatest moments too.
The Leicester City squad also got a chance to look around the impressive space during some downtime on their pre-season tour of the country, attending alongside Foxes legends Wes Morgan, Matt Elliott, Gerry Taggart and Emile Heskey - all of whom played a role in helping to earn some of the silverware on display.
