_- A total of 10 Leicester City loanees have been in action for their respective clubs during the past week__- Rachid Ghezzal played a pivot role for Beşiktaş as they chase the Turkish Süper Lig title__- Both Kamal Sowah and Josh Eppiah were in action for OH Leuven in the Belgian Pro League__- Matty James, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, George Hirst, Daniel Iversen, Josh Knight and Admiral Muskwe all featured in the Championship_- In League 1, Darnell Johnson made his AFC Wimbledon debut, while Callum Wright could make his Cheltenham bow this week
Ghezzal has been involved in their last three league fixtures, registering the assist for Domagoj Vida's equaliser in the 1-1 draw with Antalyaspor, making an impact from the bench after coming on as a 57th minute substitute.
The Algerian winger started the 2-1 home defeat by Trabzonspor and the 1-0 success over Konyaspor last time out, which leaves the Black Eagles second in the league table and level on points with both leaders Galatasaray and third place Fenerbahçe.
Also in Europe, Kamal Sowah started three games in seven days for OH Leuven, playing the full match as they fell to a 1-0 home defeat to Beerschot on Saturday 30 January, which included a substitute appearance for Josh Eppiah, who featured in the final 18 minutes.
Filip Benković was on the bench for the encounter at King Power at Den Dreef Stadion, but did not make an appearance.
Sowah and Eppiah were both named in the starting XI for the Belgian Cup Round of 32 loss to Cercle Brugge, with Eppiah playing 68 minutes of the cup tie, while former Fox Andy King was an unused substitute.
Winger Sowah played his third 90 minutes last Saturday - a 1-1 draw with Standard Liege in the Belgian Pro League - as Eppiah made an appearance from the bench in the 75th minute.
Those results leave Leuven ninth in the table, but they could climb up to as high as fifth with a win at home to Kortrijk on Friday evening (7:45pm kick-off).
Back in England, Coventry City have picked up two draws in their last three outings, with on loan City midfielder Matty James playing 90 minutes of all three fixtures, to leave the Sky Blues 19th in the Sky Bet Championship standings and three points clear of the relegation places.
A 1-1 draw with Birmingham City at St. Andrew's Stadium secured via Gustavo Hamer's equaliser, was followed by a 2-1 home defeat to Nottingham Forest at the same venue, despite Maxime Biamou scoring the opener.
Coventry then bounced back against promotion-chasing Watford, as the game finished goalless despite several chances for the home side, who visit Cardiff City next on Saturday 13 February (3pm kick-off).
Midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall started both of Luton Town's last two league fixtures as the Hatters fell to a 1-0 defeat against Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park, followed by a home draw with Huddersfield Town the following weekend.
James Collins had Nathan Jones' side ahead of Kenilworth Road before Naby Sarr equalised for the Terriers, leaving Town 15th in the table ahead of travelling to meet Birmingham City on Saturday 13 February (3pm kick-off).
George Hirst made a substitute appearance in Rotherham United's 3-1 home loss against high-flying Swansea City, replacing fellow forward Michael Smith in the 76th minute of the contest of New York Stadium.
He did not feature in the 3-0 victory over Derby County four days later, but then started the Millers' 2-1 triumph at Preston North End, playing the first 67 minutes of the Deepdale clash which was settled via Joe Rafferty's own goal and Ben Wiles' strike.
Goalkeeper Daniel Iversen was also involved for Preston, with Ched Evans' second half goal proving to be a consolation as the Lilywhites were narrowly beaten for the second consecutive weekend.
The Denmark Under-21s international had played in the defeat to Sheffield Wednesday a week prior, when Liam Palmer's strike on the stroke of half-time proved to be the difference at Hillsborough.
Next up for Alex Neil's men, who are sitting in ninth position and nine points away from the final play-off spot, is a Lancashire derby with Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park on Friday 12 February (7:45pm kick-off).
Rotherham, meanwhile, host Cardiff City tonight (Tuesday) at 7pm, looking to move further away from the bottom three. They currently occupy 20th place in the table and are just one point above the relegation zone as things stand.
Elsewhere in the Championship, Josh Knight and Admiral Muskwe both started Wycombe Wanderers' league fixtures against Brentford and Birmingham City, with Muskwe adding his name to the scoresheet against the Bees before being substituted in the 76th minute.
It proved to be in vain, however, as Wycombe lost 7-2 at Brentford Community Stadium, despite the forward's goal drawing the game back level at 2-2 at half-time.
The Chairboys did pick up a point at home to Birmingham three days later, as defender Knight played another full game and helped Gareth Ainsworth's newly-promoted side to keep a clean sheet, while Muskwe featured for 68 minutes.
The defender was also in action against Nottingham Forest last weekend but could not stop Wanderers falling to a 3-0 defeat at Adams Park, which leaves them bottom of the Championship table and 12 points from safety.
In League 1, Darnell Johnson helped AFC Wimbledon to their first win since the centre-back's January loan move to the club, as they beat his former loan side Wigan Athletic 3-2 in a thrilling encounter at DW Stadium.
Johnson also played 90 minutes in the Dons' 2-0 defeats to both Doncaster Rovers and MK Dons, while this latest result lifts the London club up to 19th and a point above the relegation zone. They host 18th-place Rochdale on Saturday (3pm kick-off).
Callum Wright could make his Cheltenham Town debut tonight (Tuesday) when they face Harrogate Town at Wetherby Road (6pm kick-off). The Robins currently sit eighth in the League 2 table, one point outside of the play-off spots.
