- Kelechi Iheanacho nominated for two April awards- Striker up for Player of the Month and Goal of the Month- Nigerian international scored four Premier League goals in April

The Nigerian international – who netted four top-flight goals in April – is in the running for the EA Sports Player of the Month award.

This is the second consecutive month Iheanacho has been nominated in this category after picking up the EA Sports Player of the Month award in March.

During April, he netted twice against West Ham United, and followed this up with goals in wins over West Bromwich Albion and Crystal Palace.

His strike against the Eagles, where he cut inside on his left foot and blasted the ball past Vicente Guaita, meanwhile, is nominated for the Budweiser Goal of the Month award.
