The Foxes may currently be embarking on their seventh consecutive season in the Premier League, sitting third in the standings, but 18 years ago it was a different situation which the Club found itself in.

Leicester City registered a 2-0 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion on 19 April, 2003 to limit their spell out of the Premier League to just one season as goals from Muzzy Izzet and Jordan Stewart were enough to confirm promotion.
After 14 First Division games unbeaten, the Foxes were on a roll heading into the fixture and they only had to wait 10 minutes to take the lead as Izzet's diving header evaded Dave Beasant in goal.
The Foxes were dominant throughout the first half, which also saw Matt Elliott drill an effort just wide, before City goalkeeper Ian Walker palmed away an audacious hit from Paul Watson.
While Paul Dickov was denied from close-range by Beasant, Leicester eventually added another as Izzet's pin-point corner was nodded into the net by Stewart to put Micky Adams' hosts two goals ahead before the break.
Despite Brighton having much to play for themselves, as they attempted to fend off relegation to the third tier, over 30,000 City supporters were largely able to relax in the second period, as the Foxes ran out as comfortable winners.
James Scowcroft was unlucky not to add another to City's tally late on, but it didn't matter as jubilant celebrations greeted the full-time whistle. Leicester City were back in the Premier League after only one year away.
"I've got a lot of time and respect for the players and staff at Brighton because a lot of them started off with me there," Adams said later. "It's a relief more than anything. It's relief that we've actually achieved our goal. I was emotional, which isn't like me, but that's what it meant.
"I could talk about every single one of them as playing a significant part in the promotion. I'm just glad that we've got the Club back on the stage it should be at. It's now staying there which is the problem."
City: Walker; Sinclair, Elliott (c), Taggart, Davidson; Rogers (Impey 81'), Izzet, Stewart; Scowcroft, Benjamin (Deane 79'), Dickov (Wright 79').
Subs not used: Heath, Summerbee.
Goals: Izzet 10', Stewart 45'.
Attendance: 31,909.
