On the back of making his full Leicester City debut this week, says he is ready to come in again if called upon by Claudio Ranieri over the coming weeks.
The Poland international put in an impressive display behind lone striker Ahmed Musa in a to book a spot in the fifth round of the Emirates FA Cup.
Kapustka also featured from the bench for the last month and the 20-year-old says he is relishing the chance to prove himself again if selected between now and the end of the season.
Speaking at King Power Stadium at full-time on Wednesday night, Kapustka said: “I’m very happy because I played today. It was a great atmosphere. I must be patient, but today I’m very happy because today I got a chance.
“I hope that moving forward, I’ll get more opportunities. For myself, I wanted to play a better game but it was good. I wanted to take on some more shots and dribbles, but it was okay.”
Kapustka revealed he is happy to play wherever ahead of a crucial run-in of fixtures in the Premier League, FA Cup and UEFA Champions League, starting with a trip to Swansea City this Sunday.
He continued: “It’s not a problem for me to play in the middle. Before, I played in the middle, but sometimes on the left and sometimes on the right. My position is left side or the middle and I feel good in that position, so it’s not a problem with me – I’m a universal player.”
City battled to victory courtesy of goals from Andy King, Wilfried Ndidi and Demarai Gray and Kapustka has hailed his team-mates with Paul Clement's Swans the next opponents this weekend.
“They were great goals,” he added. “Will maybe was two minutes or three on the pitch and he scored very well. It wasn’t an easy game, but we tried and we still attacked.
“They’re a good team and we knew that, but we scored two great goals and we won. This is very important. I must keep working hard in training and I’ll focus on this. I’m looking forward and we have a very important match in the Premier League against Swansea.
"I must be ready and when I get a chance, I must show that I’m a good player.”
