East Midlands Trains, who deliver over 470 train services every day in the region, is marking five seasons as partners of the 2015/16 Premier League champions.

The Foxes have enjoyed a fruitful partnership with the long-distance operator since 2013, with the City squad often using their trains for away fixtures throughout a season.

‘The Fearless Foxes’ has adorned one of the East Midlands Trains fleet since 2016, serving as a timeless reminder of Leicester City’s historic title-winning season.

Ben Edmunson, Business Development Manager for East Midlands Trains said: “We are delighted to be entering into our fifth season of partnership with Leicester City Football Club.

"It gives us the opportunity to work closely with the Club transporting the players and Club staff as well as ensuring Leicester City fans get the best travel deals when the team plays away.”

Leicester City’s Head of Partnership Engagement, Harj Hir, added: “After a half decade of association with East Midlands Trains, Leicester City Football Club is looking forward to many more years of dynamic partnership.

"The Club’s first team squad has benefited from many seasons of efficient travel to away fixtures in the capital via East Midlands Trains’ Leicester to London service, which takes just slightly over an hour.
