- Leicester City Manager Enzo Maresca has provided a fitness update- Kasey McAteer could appear for the Foxes at Rotherham United- City's next Sky Bet Championship challenge comes on Saturday- Dennis Praet is not expected to be included in the matchday squad
McAteer has missed City’s last two wins – at Huddersfield Town and against Cardiff City at home – but has trained this week. The Foxes head to AESSEAL New York Stadium on Saturday to take on Rotherham in the 3pm kick-off.
Enzo Maresca told reporters on Friday: “He has worked with us the last few days, so that’s very good. He’s fit or almost fit so it’s good.”
Dennis Praet, however, is not yet ready to return.
“He is still injured,” Maresca explained. “It looks like a muscle problem.”
The Manager also said that there are currently no other concerns in his squad at present.
