- Elliott Moore helped OH Leuven to a 2-2 draw at K.V.C. Westerlo- The Leicester City defender is on loan at the Belgian Proximus League side- OHL are unbeaten in all competitions since Moore's arrival- The 19-year-old centre back started against Westerlo
The young defender started at Het Kuipje Stadium looking to continue his 100 per cent record since joining the Belgian outfit on loan after signing a new Foxes contract earlier this summer. Coalville-born Moore, 19, is an authoritative centre back with outstanding qualities in the air who has excelled at both Under-18s and Under-23s level for the Foxes in recent seasons.
His form for the Development Squad in recent seasons lead to his inclusion in the matchday squad for City’s home clash with Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League last term.
On Saturday, Thomas Azevedo and Tony Watt scored to twice pull OHL level during a frantic opening 17 minutes before the defences took a hold of the match.
Last week, Moore also registered his maiden goal for the club in a stunning 8-0 Belgian Cup victory over KFC Turnhout.
