- Leicester City's relaunched programme contains more interviews and features than ever before- Sporting a new look for the 2022/23 season, CITY returns to the shelves this weekend- Patson Daka, Ayoze Pérez, Harvey Barnes, Kirstie Levell, Oliver Ewing and Alan Young all speak inside- Fans can pick up their copy of the award-winning programme ahead of Sunday's clash with Brentford
Relaunched for the pre-season visit of Sevilla last weekend, the new programme makes its Premier League debut this Sunday as Brentford visit King Power Stadium. As well as all the usual items, CITY is full of new and exciting features ahead of Leicester's ninth consecutive top-flight season.
Zambian Patson Daka speaks in-depth about his ambitions to hit the ground running this term, while LCFC Women goalkeeper Kirstie Levell outlines her desire to make up for lost time after a lengthy injury lay-off. Academy midfielder Oliver Ewing also describes his motivations to kick on in Seagrave.
Harvey Barnes then picks out a five-a-side team based on players he's faced, while Ayoze Pérez fields quick-fire questions. Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha and Brendan Rodgers pen their regular notes to the Blue Army too, as does Club Ambassador Alan 'The Birch' Birchenall.
There's 13 pages of analysis on Thomas Frank's Bees, and another 15 pages dedicated to John Hutchinson's popular heritage section – including an interview with former Foxes striker Alan Young, plus new features based on World Cup icons, football statues and crest history.
Junior Foxes aren't left out either with an interactive two-page section reserved purely for challenges and teasers to be taken before kick-off. The statisticians among the Blue Army, meanwhile, will enjoy a four-page numbers section, including a column by author and City fan Dave Smith
CITY is available from sellers outside King Power Stadium and inside the Foxes Fanstore on Sunday.
