- Gerry Taggart has made one change to his Fantasy Premier League team- Leicester City supporters can take on Taggart’s Foxes in the Foxes Fan League- City are next in Premier League action on Wednesday, facing Everton at Goodison Park (6pm kick-off)
After earning 85 points in the latest round of Premier League fixtures, the former City defender has opted to make just the one change for this weekend’s top flight action, which will be Gameweek 32+.
Everton centre-back Michael Keane top scored for Taggart’s Foxes in midweek, taking 15 points from his side's victory over Norwich City in which he kept a clean sheet and scored the winning goal.
There were also strong performances from Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold and City’s own Kasper Schmeichel, who both kept clean sheets and took 14 points. Schmeichel saved Neal Maupay's first-half penalty in Leicester's goalless draw with Brighton and Hove Albion at King Power Stadium on Tuesday. That followed on from taking 107 points from Gameweek 30+, which included 30 points for captain Kevin De Bruyne and an extra six points from using the Bench Boost.
Taggart’s Foxes now welcome United attacker Anthony Martial, fresh from his hat-trick against Sheffield United, replacing Man City winger Riyad Mahrez, who earned six points from his side’s midweek defeat at Chelsea.
The deadline to make changes this weekend is 11:30am on Saturday, ahead of the lunchtime kick-off between Aston Villa and Wolverhampton Wanderers at Villa Park. The latest round of fixtures extends to midweek, with Leicester's trip to Everton being played on Wednesday 1 July (6pm kick-off), due to the Foxes' involvement in the Emirates FA Cup this weekend.
