What's the injury news?
Brendan Rodgers said on Friday: "Sadly, for JJ (James Justin), the scan hasn’t shown up so well, which is a massive blow for us. He looks like he’s done his ACL, which is a devastating blow for us because he’s been incredible since he came into the team last year. He’s played in many positions. Wherever I’ve asked him to play, whatever position, he’s been a minimum eight out of 10 and developing as a top Premier League player.
"He was obviously walking around after the game and we hoped he would be okay, but of course, you have to wait until he gets the scan. He’s in London today (Friday) with our doctor, just trying to get all the expertise in terms of the next step. It’s a huge disappointment, but I know the boy. He’s tough mentally, that's what makes him the player he is, and tough physically and he’ll be a better player for it."
What happened last time?
Leicester City were well beaten when Liverpool last visited King Power Stadium with Roberto Firmino netting a brace alongside solitary efforts from James Milner and Trent Alexander-Arnold in a 4-0 victory for the Reds on 26 December, 2019.
When can I catch match highlights?
Approximately two hours after full-time, you can access a two-minute highlights package on LCFC TV - available for free to Digital Members on the Club's official website (free sign-up).
Short clips will also be available on Leicester City's official social media channels, while a full highlights video will be published on LCFC.com at midnight following the fixture.
Please note that in the interests of safety, Leicester City’s fixtures will continue to be played behind closed doors. To ensure matches can still go ahead and to help control the spread of COVID-19, the Football Club kindly asks its supporters to continue to follow their team from home and not to gather at any stadia.
All times GMT unless stated otherwise.
