- LCFC Women were 1-0 victors against Everton on Sunday- Janice Cayman scored a second-half winner at Walton Hall Park- City climbed to seventh in the Barclays Women's Super League- Leicester face Manchester City next weekend
Momiki has already played four times since signing for the Club this transfer window, registering three assists, earning the plaudits from her team-mates and supporters alike.
After coming off the bench in City's 4-0 win over Derby County in the Adobe Women's FA Cup, the Japanese playmaker has started each game since, and brings a direct style of play, with her trickery and intelligent passes in the final third.
Another impressive display against Everton earned the Player of the Match award, and Momiki was delighted to have a positive impact on the 1-0 win at Walton Hall Park, although wishes she scored herself, seeing a second-half chance go just wide.
"Yes I really enjoyed the game," the No.29 said. "I think I should've scored in the second half, but as a team, we worked so hard, pressing high up the pitch, so the result was very good for us and I enjoyed it.
"As a player outfield, you need to work so hard, it takes a lot of energy, and it's difficult to survive this league, so working hard is part of the job. I'm pleased people are seeing my efforts."
Feeling at home has taken no time at all for Momiki, who is letting her football do the talking, as fellow Japanese player Saori Takarada also settles into Leicestershire life, having joined the Club this month.
The 27-year-old went on to talk about the positive energy within the squad, and she is hoping that continues, as they work towards climbing the WSL. City will be eager to continue picking up more important wins on the road, as they prepare for a trip to Joie Stadium next weekend, where Manchester City await.
Momiki added: "I can't believe I have been at Leicester for one month already, but I'm enjoying it and the team have been so nice helping me to settle in so I'm really enjoying it so far."
