The 21-year-old, who helped the Robins win the Sky Bet League 2 title last term, opened his account this season with a smartly-taken header in a 2-1 victory over Ipswich Town earlier this month, before a slotted finish in a 3-2 reverse at Fleetwood Town a week later.
Wright's fine goalscoring exploits for Michael Duff's men continued last Friday as the former Blackburn Rovers youngster struck from long range to ultimately help Cheltenham secure a 1-1 draw with Burton Albion at Pirelli Stadium. The newly-promoted Gloucestershire outfit currently sit 17th in League 1.
They are next in Papa John's Trophy action on Tuesday evening as they travel to Memorial Stadium to tackle Bristol Rovers in a 7pm kick-off.
Goalkeeper Daniel Iversen was once again impressive on loan at Preston North End on Saturday as the Lilywhites rose to 16th in the Championship with a 3-1 success over Swansea City at Deepdale. After a defeat by Hull City on the opening day, Iversen has since conceded just four goals in five matches. 
The Denmark youth international made 23 appearances on loan in Lancashire last term and could make another outing for Frankie McAvoy's side when they head to Ashton Gate to face Bristol City on Saturday (3pm kick-off). 
Striker George Hirst, on the other hand, made his fifth appearance for Portsmouth in League 1 on Saturday, as Pompey suffered a 1-0 reverse at Wigan Athletic, while midfielder Khanya Leshabela has so far featured twice for Shrewsbury Town, most recently in a 2-0 loss to Rochdale in the Carabao Cup.
Portsmouth visit Plough Lane on Tuesday to meet AFC Wimbledon in the Papa John's Trophy (7:45pm kick-off) and Shrewsbury entertain Crewe Alexandra at New Meadow (7pm kick-off).
Tyrese Shade did not feature for Walsall but currently has three outings to his name for the Saddlers across League 2 and Carabao Cup action. The next possible outing for Shade will come at Bradford City on Saturday (3pm kick-off).
