Monday's action saw Abdul Fatawu score after coming off the bench
Jordan Ayew played 90 minutes in Stuttgart, captaining the Black Stars
Monday evening's only action involving two of our own saw the African nation take on the 2014 FIFA World Cup champions in Stuttgart, following on from losing out to Austria in another World Cup warm-up friendly on Friday, in which Ayew netted their only goal of a 5-1 reverse.
Striking home the equaliser.
This time around, it was a much tighter contest at MHP Arena, with Kai Havertz converting a penalty just before half-time to see the hosts go in at the break with a slender lead.
With 20 minutes to play, Fatawu, who had entered the field just four minutes earlier, sent a first-time finish into the bottom corner to level up the scores, though the home side came away with victory courtesy of an 88th minute strike from Deniz Undav.
There could be several City stars involved across Tuesday's internationals, meanwhile, including Hamza Choudhury, Jordan James and Bobby De Cordova-Reid. Check back to LCFC.com to see how they got on.
