First half goals from Janice Cayman and Missy Goodwin saw Leicester come from behind to beat Liverpool on a wet and windy Sunday afternoon at King Power Stadium.
Amandine Miquel made two changes to the side that were narrowly beaten by Tottenham Hotspur last time out in the Barclays Women's Super League, with Saori Takarada and Nelly Las making way for Sam Tierney and a first start of the season for Shannon O'Brien up top.

The visitors took an early lead through an unfortunate deflection. Asmita Ale, after intercepting a through ball, passed back to Julie Thibaud who went home to her 'keeper, before Janina Leitzig's clearance was chased down and blocked by Smith, sending it into the net.
Before 17 minutes, the Foxes were back level, when Cayman pounced in the box and directed the ball low under the Liverpool shot-stopper who may have been blinded a little from the crowd of the players.
Minutes before the break, Leicester etched themselves in front when Tierney unselfishly passed the ball across goal to Goodwin, who didn't get the connection she wanted, but beat the 'keeper to find the bottom corner.
Shannon O'Brien got her first start since returning from injury.

In the second half, City continued to look the stronger side, but Liverpool were causing concern on the break. At the hour mark, the return of Shana Chossenotte was confirmed to a warm welcome by the home crowd, as she made her first appearance since mid-November.
With their backs against the wall, and some incredible last ditch defending, the Foxes held on for their second win of the campaign, taking their points tally up to nine, four above bottom-placed Crystal Palace.
