  • LCFC Women to take on Manchester United in the opening game of the season
  • Match at Leigh Sports Village scheduled for Sunday 7 September
  • King Power Stadium to host Liverpool in our first home fixture
  • Season Tickets are now on General Sale to all supporters
Match Round One is scheduled for a 12pm kick-off on Sunday 7 September, with the game set to be shown live on Sky Sports following the initial round of broadcast selections.
Our first home outing will take place on the following weekend with Liverpool visiting King Power Stadium on Sunday 14 September (3pm-kick-off). Match Round Three will then see us travel to Kingsmeadow Stadium to face Chelsea on Sunday 21 September in a 2pm kick-off.
The opening month concludes with a home fixture against Tottenham Hotspur. We are set to welcome the North London side to Leicestershire on Saturday 27 September for a 5:15pm kick-off in what promises to be another exciting instalment of top-flight football on Filbert Way.
Festive football will bring a December double header of home fixtures, with Manchester City and newly promoted London City Lionesses both making the trip to the East Midlands across the first two Sundays of the month - both games kicking off at 3pm.
Following the winter break, we return to action away from home at Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday 11 January (2pm kick-off) before hosting West Ham United at King Power Stadium on Sunday 25 January (3pm kick-off).
Our penultimate fixture of the season - and our final home game - will see Amandine Miquel and the team take on Chelsea in an exciting clash on Sunday 3 May in a 3pm kick-off before our season finale away at Everton’s Goodison Park. Date and kick-off time remain TBC.
Amandine Miquel
Amandine Miquel said: “Fixture release day is always an exciting moment in the football calendar. It sets a clear direction for the season ahead and gives us all defined objectives to work towards. There are some exciting challenges on the horizon, and we’re really looking forward to reuniting with our fans at King Power Stadium in the new season.”
