  • Leicester City entertain Fulham at King Power Stadium on Saturday (3pm GMT kick-off)
  • Manager Ruud van Nistelrooy provided a fresh update on the status of his squad
  • Goalkeeper Mads Hermansen is not yet ready to return from injury
Our third successive home fixture in a matter of seven days sees the Cottagers descend on King Power Stadium, with van Nistelrooy’s men looking to bounce back from defeat to Crystal Palace.
French right-back Coulibaly joined the Club ahead of kick-off on Wednesday, subject to international clearance, but is waiting to be able to join up with his new team-mates and potentially be involved in this weekend’s encounter.
“Today he wasn’t able to train with the team because they are finalising the paperwork,” the Dutchman confirmed. “We are waiting to see if he can train with the team tomorrow. Let’s see how things go during the day and tomorrow.

“We will have to assess him then because he will only have had one training session. We’ll see if we can get him involved in the game for Saturday. I think that will be the maximum possible.”
Elsewhere, there are no changes to the squad available, with Danish goalkeeper Mads Hermansen continuing his rehabilitation after a month out of action due to a groin injury sustained against Newcastle United.
“There’s no injury news from yesterday’s game and no players coming back for Saturday,” the 48-year-old confirmed. “We don’t have a date yet [for Hermansen]. It’s a working progress on his rehab.
“He’s making small steps in the right direction at the moment, so hopefully sometime next week we could get an update on his future and when he could be back.”
