The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. Internet access is required.
The prize draw opens at 13:00 (UK time) on 28 February 2025 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 7 March 2025 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid and will not be entered into the prize draw.
To enter this prize draw, an entrant must (i) access the online entry form available at https://lcfc.formstack.com/forms/janice_cayman_gotm_prize_draw, (ii) complete all required fields in the online form, and (iii) confirm in the online form that they wish to be entered into the prize draw and receive marketing communications from the Promoter, before the Closing Date detailed in condition 3 above. Only one entry is permitted per person.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
One (1) winner (the “Prize Winner”) will be selected by random draw performed by a computer process on 11 March 2025. The Promoter will confirm that the Prize Winner selected meets the eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions, and reserves the right to require the Prize Winner to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the prize draw and/or of their identity. If a Prize Winner does not meet the eligibility criteria, their entry will be deemed void, their Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another Prize Winner in accordance with the process described above.
The Prize Winner will win one (1) LCFC Women ‘CAYMAN 11’ 2024/25 Replica Home Shirt signed by Janice Cayman.
The Prize Winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) before 17:00 (UK time) on 12 March 2025 and must provide a valid UK postal address and phone number to claim their Prize (unless they prefer to collect the Prize from the Promoter’s Foxes Fanstore in which case they must notify the Promoter of such preference). If the Prize Winner does not respond by email to the Promoter within seven (7) days of being notified by the Promoter, then that Prize Winner's Prize will be forfeited.
Unless the Prize Winner elects to collect their Prize as described above, the Prize will be sent to the Prize Winner by post within ten (10) days of them validly claiming their Prize in accordance with condition 8.
The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Prize Winner and, if applicable, a copy of their winning entry, to anyone who emails competitions@lcfc.co.uk within one (1) month after the Closing Date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by email to competitions@lcfc.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award the Prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw (including the Prize) where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its providers, agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Prize Winner, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its providers, agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will be processed for the administration of this prize draw, for the marketing purposes set out in the opt-in, for fulfilment of the Prize, and in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy available at www.lcfc.com/terms. See also condition 12 with regard to the announcement of the Prize Winner.
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, X (formally Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn and/or any other social media platform, and such platforms shall have no liability to entrants.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The Promoter of this prize draw is Leicester City Football Club Limited whose registered office is at King Power Stadium, Filbert Way, Leicester LE2 7FL.
