Amandine Miquel was confident that Missy Goodwin would feature again following her recent illness

Two homes games remain this season for LCFC Women with a positive result this weekend confirming our Barclays Women's Super League status for another season.

Heading into the clash with the Citizens, we have no fresh injury concerns, although Miquel remained coy on the recent absence of Sari Kees and Chantelle Swaby from the matchday squad at Arsenal last time out.

"No I don't think we have any new injuries," the Manager stated to the media at Belvoir Drive. "The long-term ones are still out.

The winger has recovered following her illness, the Manager confirmed.

"I'm not sure whether Sari [Kees] and Chantelle [Swaby] will be back this weekend. The human body is very complex so we will see at the weekend."

When asked about winger Missy Goodwin, the former Stade de Reims Manager confirmed she is feeling better following her unfortunate spell on the sidelines with an illness.

"Missy is feeling better and came on against Arsenal," Miquel added. "So, there's more chance of her being able to play than not this weekend."
