Following a resilient performance on Sunday, which resulted in a goalless draw with Aston Villa in the Barclays Women's Super League, LCFC Women return to League Cup duties for a second group stage game against London City in south London.
Last time out in the competition, Rick Passmoor's side beat Ipswich Town 5-1 to claim a first win and top spot in Group D.
London City in focus
London City have won four of their seven games this term in all competitions.

This year's newly-promoted side have spared no expense as they look to solidify themselves among the top sides in English football, recruiting the likes of Kosovare Asllani, Nikita Parris and Grace Geyoro.
After a difficult start to the season, during which they were beaten by Manchester United and Arsenal, the Lionesses turned things around with a win at Goodison Park; Isobel Goodwin scoring twice against Everton.
Sitting sixth in the WSL with three wins from six, Jocelyn Precheur's team also won their first League Cup game against Crystal Palace, as they aim for progression to the knockout stages.
The Foxes camp
We drew 0-0 with Villa last time out.

We have lost just twice in six, going unbeaten in our last two which saw us fight to a hard-earned point and clean sheet against Aston Villa on our travels at the weekend.
Ninth in the standings with five points from six games, it has been a promising start to Passmoor's reign in Leicestershire, and although we've only scored three goals, the gradual returns of Jutta Rantala and Noémie Mouchon come as a great aid in that department.
Top of the group, we are in prime position heading to the capital this Sunday, having put five past WSL2 opposition, which included a Goal of the Month nomination from Academy graduate Sammy Kaczmar.
