The meeting - the fourth since the Board’s formation - was attended by representatives from across the Club and six Supporter Representatives. Discussions covered a range of topics, including ticketing, supporter engagement, matchday experience, digital development and the Club’s strategic priorities.
Attendees from the Club included Susan Whelan (Chief Executive), Anthony Herlihy (Communications Director), Imogen Ward (Head of Fan Engagement), Louise Hollingsworth (Supporter Engagement Manager) and Jim Donnelly (Supporter Relations and Accessibility Manager). They were joined by supporter representatives Paul Angrave, Emily Burditt, Ian Bason, Jo Lee, Ravi Tara and Graeme Smith.
The FAB is part of our wider Fan Engagement Framework, which also includes the Fans Consultative Committee Working Group and Your 90 Minutes sessions, which allow fans to provide feedback on a range of topics impacting supporter experience. Its aim is to provide a structured and transparent mechanism through which as many supporters as possible can provide feedback to impact the decision-making process at the Club.
