Louis Page played throughout England Under-19s’ 1-0 victory over Republic of Ireland at St. George’s Park on Friday evening.

The Foxes midfielder helped the young Lions to a friendly success on home soil, with Max Dowman’s 70th-minute goal proving to be the difference.

A Ben Davies own goal and Gustav Isaksen’s strike saw the home side claim all three points at Parken Stadium, with the City winger coming on for Everton’s Brennan Johnson.

Liam Cullen, meanwhile, remained on the bench as the Dragons were beaten for the second time in League A Group 4. Sitting fourth in the table, Craig Bellamy’s men host Norway on Thursday, a 7:45pm kick-off at Cardiff City Stadium.
