Narrowly losing out to Borussia Monchengladbach II in the Premier League International Cup in midweek, the side coached by Leon McSweeney bounced back emphatically to put three points on the board in PL2 for the second consecutive home game. It was actually the visitors who broke the deadlock only three minutes into the contest - Menzi Mazwi setting up Zaid Betteka to strike, but the lead lasted just four minutes.
Otchere rounding the 'keeper to equalise.
The Foxes youngsters responded through Kirsten Otchere, before going ahead courtesy of Bobby Amartey's goal. The Blues would then level things back up just before the break, via captain Billy Burrell, but Amani Richards ensured that Leicester headed into half-time with a slender advantage.
Richards turned provider soon after the restart, assisting 15-year-old Darren Motsi to score his first goal at Under-21s level, prior to Richards completing his brace and putting further daylight between the two sides.
Substitute Lorenz Hutchinson rounded off the scoring with 12 minutes to play, set up by Kevon Gray, who himself scored on Tuesday, ensuring we moved up to 10th in the PL2 table.
Now on 14 points from nine matches in the division, we turn attention back to the Premier League Cup after the international break, welcoming Ipswich Town to LCFC Training Ground on Friday 21 November (7pm GMT kick-off).
