Leicester City welcome Liverpool to King Power Stadium on Sunday afternoon (4:30pm BST kcik-off)
Ruud van Nistelrooy confirmed there are no new injuries in the squad
Wout Faes and Jeremy Monga are back in training ahead of the weekend, said the Manager
Sunday's test on Filbert Way could be the toughest of the season for van Nistelrooy and his team, as a Liverpool win could confirm their Premier League title depending on results elsewhere.
We head home after a 2-2 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion, breaking an unwanted run of eight games without a goal, and sparking some much-needed confidence within the squad. Stepping up to the First Team.
During Friday's press conference in Seagrave, the former Manchester United striker addressed the fitness levels of the squad, stating that he has freedom with his selection to face Arne Slot's Reds.
"There are no new injury concerns," van Nistelrooy stated to the media. "Which is good and gives us a boost following an improved result last time out.
"Wout Faes and Jeremy Monga are expected to be in full training today and tomorrow with the team and available for the game this weekend."
The Manager spoke on the progress of Abdul Fatawu.
The 48-year-old also provided an update of Abdul Fatawu, who has been out for the majority of the season with a knee injury.
"It's great to see him (Fatawu) on the grass," the Manager continued. "Because it's been a long wait with his surgery and it's a hard time once that's done and you're recovering.
"But it's a big moment to put on your boots and kick a ball and enjoy that moment with your team-mates. He's making the right steps and it's a big thing for him in his recovery."
