Fans are reminded that this fixture will feature a unique format, with fitness gains for the players in mind. The game, a 3pm kick-off, will consist of four 45-minute phases, allowing as many players as possible to get up to 60 minutes in their legs as we approach the end of our second week of summer work.
The fixture will have three 15-minute breaks every 45 minutes, with substitutions taking place at selected intervals to help manage the players’ match preparedness at this key phase in pre-season.
